The Controller-General of the Federal Fire Service, Engr. Abdulganiyu O.Jaji has felicitated with all Muslim faithful on the occasion of Eid El-Kabir.
Jaji, in a statement enjoined both Muslims and Christians, to use this period of renewal of faith and thanksgiving to continue to preach peace, show love,understanding, tolerance and good neighbourliness amongst themselves and humanity at large.
The Controller-General used the opportunity to thank staff, Officers and Men of the Service for the wonderful support his administration enjoys since assumption of office.He assures them of his commitment to raise the bar in positioning the Service in her pride of place.
The CG therefore appealed to all Muslim faithfuls to be fire-safety conscious while celebrating, assuring the general public of the preparedness of the Services’ to respond to any emergency during this period of celebration. He also urged them to call the emergency numbers of the Service 08032003557 in case of fire and other related emergency.
