” Basically, with the grant gotten from the Rural Electrification Agency (REA), BeeBeejump has deployed over 200,000 Solar home systems to Nigerians. With the grant, we are able to subsidise the prices of solar home systems and a lot of people in Nigeria ,have access to electricity.

“Currently,we need partners, dealers, distributors to help expand the business accross the country especially in rural areas. We want dealers to be partners with us. The more partners we have ,the more we will be able to reach every part of the country..” Adewole said.

She further said presently, the companys products are one of the affordable solar home systems and for partners and dealers who want to join BeeBeejump, they will get the products at discounted prices when they call this number

“For partners and dealers who want to join  us ,we give them at discounted prices and they can sell at company controlled prices.

Becaise we have changed our business model to bring in more partners and dealers, if we get more grant,we will expand our business into more rural areas accross Nigeria.” Adewole explains.

She said for the S1 light series, the actual cost is N280,000 but currently the company is selling at N220,000 which means it has been subsidised by N60,000..

“As a company , this is our own little way of helping business owners and different households to meet their energy needs. Specifically, we will be glad to have more dealers accross Nigeria in different regions and locations. The more partners we have, the more business expansion and the more easier for us produce more products.” Adewole explains.

The Chairman of the organising committee for ITEC Expo, Dr Johnson Anene, said the event was organised to bridge the gap between African investment prospects and international investors.

Anene, who is also the Chairman, National Trade Center of ACCI, said  technology drives the economy and rules the world, and no economic growth can be achieved without technology.

“ITEC EXPO 2023 is an exhibition and conference on technology, and communications and this year’s event has the theme, “ Advancing Technology and Communication for National Economic Growth.’’

He said the expo, therefore, aimed at bringing together relevant stakeholders to discuss the way forward in utilising technology in growing the economy.
