As part of activities to rebuild and unlock the Nations Steel potentials, the Ministry of Steel Development is hosting its maiden National Steel Summit 2025.
The event with the theme ” Rebuilding and Consolidating Nigerias Steel industry,collaborative Action for Sustainable Development Growth and Global Competitiveness” will hold on 16th and 17th July at Nigerian Air force Conference Centre,Jahi Abuja at 9am.
The event which was announced by the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry Dr Chris Osa Isokpunwu aims to bring together key stakeholders to critically evaluate the state of the steel industry,explore investment opportunities, identify policy and infrastructure gaps and adopt a consensus roadmap for the revival and sustainable development of Nigerias’ Steel sector.
The event is a crucial step in repositioning the steel industry as the cornerstone of Nigerias’ industrial growth and economic resilience.
Highlight of the Summit include a special Keynote address to be delivered by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu while other dignitaries will deliver special Brief.
