It was an evening of bliss and glamour when the CEO of Ruthies Clothing and immediate past President General and BOT member women of Glory foundation as well as the Chairperson of League of Women Voters of Nigeria, Rivers State Chapter ( Nilowv), Mrs Ruth Davies Ibiamu, hosted family and friends to her 50th birthday/Golden jubilee celebration.
Friends from all works of life travelled from far and near to celebrate her at the D’Frankline Apartment and Event Centre, Life Camp Abuja on Thursday the 25th of April.
Guests were thrilled by performances from Comedians,the Atillogwu Dancers, Music and a spectacular chorography performance by a six years old boy of Micheal Jacksons song, ‘Heal the World, Make it a better place’.
The celebrant who could not hide her joy thanked God for making attain the Golden age of 50 adding that she feels 15 and “life has just began”.
She said: ” I feel 15 and tell myself there is more to do. Touching lives is my lifestyle. We are looking at providing shelter for the abused, empowering women in business and reaching out to more less- privileged ones in the society.”
She thanked her husband for being supportive and assisting her in carrying out her vision and goals.
Guests were treated to sumptuous meals,wine, small chops and a beautiful ambiance were they danced and rejoiced with the celebrant,Ruth Davies Ibiamu.
The Golden Jubilee celebration continued the next day with the Fascinator Glam and the All White Pool party.Then the celebrant had a pyjamas Movie night with her friends to cap up the event.
