The Woman in Management Business and Public Service ( WIMBIZ) has a new Executive Director. She is Omowunmi Akingbohungbe.
The Chairman of the Board of Trustees of WIMBIZ, Ms. Bisi Adeyemi announced the appointment of Omowunmi Akingbohungbe as new Executive Director in a statement.
The statement reads in part:
“As we embark on the next chapter of growth and impact at WIMBIZ, we extend our most profound appreciation to Hansatu Adegbite for her outstanding leadership over the past seven years. Hansatu’s dedication has left an indelible mark, propelling us towards our mission’s achievement.
“Omowunmi brings 18 years of commendable experience, a commitment to service, and a track record of transformative initiatives. With her expertise and passion, we are honoured to have her lead us forward.
“Together, we will build upon our foundation, advancing the cause of women in leadership. With dedication and resilience, we are poised for even greater succuss.”
