The Acting Managing Director of the Abuja Enterprise Agency Mal Shehu Abdulkadir, said the agency will continue to provide excellent business support services to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) accross the FCT.
Abdulkadir spoke at the maiden edition of the Customers Service Week held at the Agency’s Entrepreneurial complex in Abuja yesterday.
“The objective is to get feedback from clients and stakeholders of the agency and address complaints.Aiso,to improve service delivery and enhance customer care towards customer retention, and to gain more insight on the needs of entrepreneurs and streamline services to them.”
The Permanent Secretary FCT, Olusade Adesola represented by Hajiya Jummai Ahmadu said the administration welcomes the idea of a Customer Forum which is intended to create a platform for dialogue amongst stakeholders with a view to discussing challenges as well as addressing contemporary issues in the entrepreneurship ecosystem.o meet the identified needs.
The Guest Speaker, Mrs Dayo Benjamins-Laniyi who spoke on the theme ”The professionalisation of service: skills and capabilities” said the happiness of clients and customers is key to the survival of any organisation and business enterprise.
To mark the Customer Week,the Abuja Enterprise Agency unveiled the Customer Week Logo and unveiled Aisha Umni Yusuf of the Corporate Services Department as the Staff of the Year.
